Whooping Crane
As part of my special puzzle illustration series about endangered Texas species, I knew I wanted to include the beautiful whooping crane. Unfortunately, due to habit loss and poaching, they have become a vulnerable beauty.

It took three layers of embossed and scored paper to create a single wing.
