Commissions

I love helping out with commissions! I’ve worked with patrons from a variety of backgrounds to help capture their visions in paper. Whether you want portraits of your loved ones or pets, favorite animals, or anything that brings you joy, feel free to get in touch with me! You can find more information in the FAQ below the photos.

 FAQs

  • There are several phases between concept to your personalized work of art! Each contract is unique but they all follow the same process:

1)Introduction and consultation to get an idea of how much the project price will be

    2) Payment of 50% of the agreed project price is received from patron

    3) Research and rendering of concepts and design! This is the part when you have the chance to request up to 3 changes if needed. When sketches have been adjusted to your liking, it’s time for the next step!

    4) Cutting and assembling of piece (at this point no more change requests can be submitted)

    5) Art is completed and on the way!

    -Fantasy

    -Fan Art

    -Special cases of anthropomorphic individuals

*all the above safe for work

    Not Willing

    -Scenes portraying violence

    -Racist subjects

    -Political

    -Furies

    -Sexually Explicit content

  • What is the Payment Policy?

In the beginning after we decide the budget price, 50% of that budget is expected before the creative process begins. This is to help cover any initial project costs, like getting materials. Once the work is completed the other 50% is expected before handing off the completed piece.

  • Sometimes things happen in life and the patron may have to cancel the continuation of the project. The patron understands that there is a compensation fee of 50% of project budget. This is to compensate for the time and resources that Ellie Mae invested while working on the project.

  • The art created is meant for personal use only, this means it can’t be duplicated for resale or commercial use
